Sorry, but this book is a slow, boring, filled with unnecessary and irrelevant information.

He writes of the importance of emotion and feeling the prayer; bringing it from the head into a matter of the heart. He talks of the possibility of living life in a prayer, which in fact is living a life in the space of continuous intentionality and co-creation with God. I found it to be an amazing book bringing home to me the importance of mindful living, of being present, aware. Of living in faith. I believe if one has truly embraced, incorporated - taken out of the intellectual mind - and encodified, better said, embodied its teachings, then one is living a transformed, powerful, God present life. I loved the book.
This book will be a favorite of mine for years to come, Gregg Braden is such an excellent writer that I'm never afraid to invest in one of his books. But this one is truly a standout for me!!!!!

I first discovered Gregg Braden a couple of years ago and have been following his work ever since. I'm in the process of reading through this book and very much enjoying the info as it ties in with a lot of other info I've found. This is the third of Braden's books I have read, and am I impressed! He has taken almost every subject I'm interested in and knitted them together into an understanding of life & human history that closely matches my own. His research is stupendous, and I am really grateful to him for doing all the gritty research work that provides me with so much of the information that I am looking for. His work will continue to be valuable in helping to guide us into new consciousness and paradigm upgrades, as we continue to evolve into the human beings we are meant to become...enlightened ones!
