I surrendered my ego and started dealing with the hidden emotional monsters who had controlled my life until that moment.   I encourage you to find the books that speak to you and allow yourself to embrace the knowledge and wisdom of the authors. Also, if the scars of your past are deep enough, I strongly suggest you find the right professional counselor, therapist or psychologist to work with.   Should you do so, my wish for you is that you find the professional who will help you find the lessons chasing you, help you deal with the pain they've brought into your life, and guide you through the healing process so you may put them to rest. Imagine living in a world where you, your family and friends live as your true and authentic selves.
