The title leads you to believe that there are 500 recipes in the book but there are only 43. Eight of its sixty two pages are a keto meal plan that repeats these same 43 recipes and this is what makes up your "500 Quick & Easy Days of Instant Pot Recipes. Shame on me for not reading the description better but this title is very misleading.

So far our favorite is the Cacciatore Chicken, the flavor's are wonderful, I also love the serving size for 2.Less likely to over indulge with just the right amount for two.

Healthy recipes that look scrumptious. Great colored pictures so you can see what you are making. Lots of flavors that I have not tried before. All the recipes have simple instructions, any one can do. The citrus added to simple chicken legs, just takes it up a notch, while still remaining simple to make. This has a great beginner’s guide to using your Instant Pot, as well as meal planning suggestions with charts for anyone who wants to maintain a healthy calorie range daily.

I just received my instant pot yesterday so I’ve been looking up for recipes to try out. I was very excited to get this cookbook. There is something for my entire family to enjoy. I also love that it includes an instant pot beginners guide!

This book is a great place to start for newbies. A lot of recipes with good instructions. Takes the nervousness out of using a pressure cooker.

Love the book, like the previous cook-book, does not disappoint. All the macros are calculated, no mistakes. Easy keto, got me out of cooking boredom :)

This is my second paperback book that I bought from Katie. I love how easy the recipes are and the photos of the finished dish. I’m not much of a cook, but even I can make something edible now :D. I will continue to purchase all of Katie’s future cookbooks.

Thank you Katie for another good recipe book, a healthy one too! - not only for beginners also for small families - enjoy all the nice pictures .There is a quick guide for beginners , I find it helpful. Also many of the recipes have less than 7 ingredients ( with seasoning included ) which is doable for weekday meals. The meal planning guide is also help for .Keep the books coming.
